"Let’s be honest, The Black Duck is pretty expensive for Haywards Heath,we’re basically paying London prices here! And the cups are quite small, would be nice to have an option for a larger one. So yeah, it’s not cheap. But honestly, it’s still the best coffee in town. You can really taste the quality. A special shout-out to the lovely blonde barista who was working on October 20th around 8 a.m., your coffee was perfect, as always! You’ve got real talent and I wanted to make sure you know that Your colleague’s coffee isn’t quite there yet, but I’m sure he’ll get better with time. Even though it’s pricey, I keep coming back mostly because of you and that amazing coffee you make. Keep it up!"

"An absolute delight! Staff are friendly, food is delicious, vibes are nice, this is a wonderful addition to the high street! It’s also totally step free to get in (see attached photo of the entrance) my only gripe is the lack of dairy free sandwich options - almost everything has cheese on it and the bread itself is brioche so also has dairy in it :( What they lack in dairy free sub options they make up for in their range of dairy free milks and handful of dairy free ice cream options :) Anyway, I absolutely loved my sausage sub and early morning apple pie milkshake! What a treat!"
